Genesis Agroforestry LLC is headquartered in Fresno, California, USA. It was formed in 2018 by three companies; Emerald Energy, Inc., Preferred Capital Ventures, Inc., and EcoGreen Renewables LLC. In 2018, Genesis Agroforestry was granted an exclusive license to the proprietary hybridization methodology and process developed in previous years by Emerald Energy, Inc. and Eco Plantations International, Inc.; both companies are owned or co-owned by Dr. Allen.

To function as the exclusive global provider of the MegaFlora Tree® and other Paulownia hybrids developed by Dr. Allen. These unique hybrid Paulownia trees
have been created by Dr. Allen using a proprietary hybridization process.

•  To safeguard the intellectual property (IP) pertaining to the scientific methods
  and processes whereby these hybrid Paulownia trees are either from donor 3xP
  trees or from the MegaFlora trees.

• To promote growing these trees worldwide either through the company’s own
  sales and marketing and distribution programs, or through a network of
  licensees, contracted growers, or licensed distributors.
• To provide technical services for businesses that grow 3xP and/or MegaFlora
  trees for commercial purposes. These services are provided under a separate
  technical services agreement for each customer.

It is not a primary objective of Genesis Agroforestry to own and/or operate commercial 3xP and/or MegaFlora agroforestry plantations for the sole purpose of growing these trees for manufacturing commercial wood products, or for using the biomass for generating renewable energy, or for similar end uses.

However, the company welcomes any opportunity to provide its expertise and experience with our trees as a service to companies that may be involved in these types of businesses.
